Preface

Welcome to the products and services offered by WeDevote Bible (the developer and publisher of the product Products)!

In order to use the relevant products and services, you should read and abide by the WeDevote Bible User Agreement ("Agreement"). Please read and fully understand the terms and conditions, especially those that exclude or limit liability, and choose to accept or not accept them. If you are under 18 years of age, please read these terms with a legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.

I. Acceptance of the Agreement

WeDevote Bible provides its services to users on the Internet through the App and Website ("Products"), which are subject to these term.

III. Your registration obligations

VI. User Code of Conduct

You understand that all information, including but not limited to data, text, sound, pictures, graphics, music, video, blogs, forums and other content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the content provider. This means that you, not WeDevote Bible, are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, email, send or otherwise add to the Products. While WeDevote Bible monitors the content submitted to the Products platform, WeDevote Bible cannot guarantee that such content is accurate and appropriate. Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise add any computer code, files, programs that contain software viruses or otherwise interfere with, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Interfere with any normal conversational communication or otherwise act in a way that negatively affects the real-time communication of other users.
Interfere with or affect the Products or the servers or networks connected to them, or violate the requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of any network connected to the Products.
Stalking or harassing others.
Collecting or storing personal information of other users for the above-mentioned expressly prohibited acts.

WeDevote Bible provides its services to you through the Products. You understand and acknowledge that WeDevote Bible may or may not review content in advance, but that WeDevote Bible and its designees have the right (but not the obligation), in their sole discretion, to review, refuse, or remove any content from the Products for any reason.

You understand and acknowledge that, if required by law or in the good faith belief that such access, retention or disclosure is necessary, you acknowledge and agree that WeDevote Bible may access, preserve or disclose your account information and content if.

You acknowledge and agree that the Products contain proprietary and confidential content protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, intellectual property laws, or other proprietary rights and laws. You agree that you will not copy, modify, rent, lease, lend, sell, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on the Products, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted by applicable law or as authorized in writing by WeDevote Bible.

XVII. Limited Liability

you expressly understand and agree that WeDevote Bible and its officers, employees, agents, partners or licensors shall not be liable to you for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, damages to profits, reputation, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if WeDevote Bible has been advised of the possibility of such damages), arising out of of the possibility of such damages), without any liability for.

XX. Trademark information

The trademarks, logos, service marks, product and service names associated with WeDevote Bible are marks owned by WeDevote Bible. You agree not to use or display the WeDevote Bible Marks in any manner without the prior written consent of WeDevote Bible.

XXI. Notice and Procedures for Making Claims of Copyright or Intellectual Property Infringement

WeDevote Bible respects the intellectual property rights of others, and WeDevote Bible asks this of WeDevote Bible users, especially when it comes to using the Products and Services. WeDevote Bible may, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers. XXII. Special agreement on the use of WeDevote Books to purchase products

This policy applies when you purchase a product using WeDevote Books.

If any provision of the Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties agree that the court shall endeavor to give effect to the intent of the parties as reflected in such provision and that the other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in effect.

4. The subheadings in the use agreement are for the purpose of convenience of description and have no legal or contractual effect.
